This release of liability and waiver of certain rights in consideration for my permitted to participate in all hunting activities with STEEL CURTAIN OUTDOORS LLC

I agree to the following Waiver and Release. I acknowledge that the activities of hunting have inherent risks, hazards and dangers for anyone which cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment.
 

I UNDERSTAND THAT RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION:
1. The risks of handling firearms and or being near others that have firearms in their possession.
2. The risk of ear damage from noise.
3. The risk of injury from ammunition and being shot from other guns.
4. Walking in rugged country, including encounters with wildlife, animals,
insects, and plants.
5. Inclement weather conditions.
6. High fast-moving water, deep water, uncertain bottoms, mud and ice.
7. Hazardous materials hidden in all areas with blinds and pits having faulty
construction.
8. Unclear property boundaries and it is your responsibility not to trespass.
9. Physical stress

Always wear protective clothing including eye, ear, and head protection. Children must have a valid Colorado Hunter Safety Certificate if hunting. 

I understand the risks, hazards, and dangers as described above and have had the opportunity to discuss them with STEEL CURTAIN OUTDOORS LLC. I understand that these activities may require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge. I believe I am in good physical condition and a degree of skill and knowledge necessary to engage in these activities safely.

I FULLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT RISK, HAZARDS AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, PARALYSIS, OR DEATH FOR MYSELF, FAMILY, OR GUESTS. Lasty, I for myself, my heirs, successors, and subrogees, herby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS STEEL CURTAIN OUTDOORS LLC, of actions, liabilities, suits, expenses {including reasonable attorney’s fees} which are related to, arise out of, or are in anyway connect with my participation in activities, damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me or any of my family guests, property or animals regardless of cause.
